Really Old School (2nd try...)

Email me if you happen to have a 60's era RHD interior mirror laying around. I need one for my 56 Bug. They are not to be found in California where I live...

Note the pictures date

Whats the difference between a 60's rhd & lhd rear vision mirror surely you just move it to where you want it . Or is this a sunvisor mirror ?

the differance is the way the stem is twisted. I don't want to take a torch to the one I have....

No, no visors. Just the standard mirror with no visor attachment(s).

My Oval is a 1956, but I like the mirrors from the 60's better.

How come nobody has mentioned the blower in the picture I posted? Anyone know the make of it? I think it's a Judson.

mirror

i bought a 60s mirror for my oval, had a dark red plastic visor instead of the usual green, anyway, the bracket that screw to the body of ur car is different for 60s as ovals, so it wouldn fit. im sure u will hav to get an oval mirror, or change the bracket somehow...
i do hav a 60s mirror though if u want to buy it.

I'll double check by installing the LHD mirror that I have (I made the car RHD) to make sure it has the same bolt pattern.
