VW Crashes at Nurburgring

Hi all,

This may have been up before, but here it is again anyway. This is old footage and there a re quite a few VW in here, but not all. Cant believe they are not wearing helmets and one goose drives around in a convertible beetle with 4 people in it. Bloody idiots.

There are Beetle, KG's and Fastbacks. Maybe more.

Note: There is no sound to this.

Kevin

I think that guy was very lucky when he fell out of his Beetle that it didn't roll over on him and crush his legs or stomach.

the little rear engined NSUs had trouble on that corner too...
it seems that these are "normal" drivers driving past their limit...
Like Us driving flat out around Bathurst....

Sound would have been good... but costly back then...

Hi Phil

I will have lend you the X box with Forsa.

Somebody told me once rear engine cars usually go off on a corner rear end first and front engine cars go off the same corner frontwards.

Good to see a 911 come to grief as well.

Gran Turismo 4 has the Nurburgring on it.
Crashes aren't my favourite thing to watch (gets popcorn and beer and sits in a comfortable chair ... )
