oran park gp19thapril

cold and mostly wet day car ran a 1m21 .3 and was pretty consistant when it dried out . gearbox worked a treat around 2seconds off my last round times, still not happy with the new willwood front brake set up pedal is like pushing on a squash ball any one else had any probs with soft pedal ,hard to have confidence in these things at 200plus ks .ran 5th in class on the day plus had a ball, tyre pressures were droped down to 14psi all round just couldnt.get any heat into them.only opened the toolbox once to get the air blower out ,fire extinguisher went of on first lap, supershit auto serves me rite not much.powder to blow out, lucky there wasnt a fire i would have had to use it like a tree branch and bashed it out.very happy with cars progress so far softened up the rear end and increased grip delivers power to the ground at more controled rate and also helped improve turn in as well.car didnt miss a beat all day except when i hit the limiter once or twice scared the s### out of me going to have to raise it up a couple of revs for the next round, may 3rd at wakfield park. any way i might wash all the rain grime of the car and give it a polish its great not to have to do any serious work on it ,but il think of something hmmm e85 bit more boost, just kidding cheers Rudi

Sounds great Rudi.

Well done on getting the car to behave in the direction you want it to.
