jack on a narrowed beam

i lowered jack on dropped spindles then found the tyres rubbed - tim AKA dirt bag fixed this up by narrowing the beam and adding adjusters whilst he was there
he sits nice now

http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/kk163/gsa2at/aaaanarrowedjack.jpg

this is his thread on how he did the beam
http://forums.aussieveedubbers.com/viewtopic.php?tid=78783

i have a spare beam for a beetle and a kombi so you could probably pm dirtbag if you were interested in lowering a beetle or a kombi
