Heavy Duty Sway Bars

I'm restoring a 79 8 seater as our family car. I've replaced the ball joints and the drag link and the shocks and everything else under the bus that was worn.
How much difference will a Heavy Duty (anti)Sway Bar really make?
How about on the back - maybe just buy one for the back?
