Klubfest 09
Once again Klubfest 09 will be held at The Parklands Showground, Cnr. of Smith Street & Parklands Drive, Southport, Gold Coast on Sunday 14th June
2009.
This will be the third Klubfest to be held on the Gold Coast, Last year the event played host to VW’s from across the Country. With 450 VW’s and
more than 1200 people, Klubfest has to be one of Australia’s Premier Volkswagen Shows
Sunday we have plenty for the whole family
Swap Meet,
Trade Stands,
Show ‘n’ Shine
Rust ‘n’ Prime
Music
Children’s entertainment, including Bouncy Castle, Slide, Face Painting and more
Entry for Sunday is $15.00, Which includes, 1 vehicle, 2 adults and kids under 12 go free
While Sunday is the main show day, for those wanting to make it a full weekend there is camping on site, available from Friday 12th June to Sunday
Power, Showers and Toilets all on site
Why not join in the ‘Poker Run Cruise’ on Saturday at 2pm
Or maybe test your culinary skills in the ‘Cook Off’. All contestants are given the same ingredients and given a set time limit to create a dish
that will frolic with the taste buds
It does not matter what VW you drive, but the dish must be prepared inside or next to your vehicle
The winning dish will be decided on presentation, imagination and taste.
A trophy will be awarded to the winner at the trophy presentation on Sunday
Its a bit of fun, so come on get those names down !!!!!

Not long now, judging by the calls this year will be fantastic
Main show day is Sunday 14th June.
Plenty for the kids, pony rides, bouncy castle, slide, face painting
