Buses don't have separate body and chassis like a bug, all one piece.

What you can do, however, is adapt later running gear (e.g. ball-joint, disk-brake front ends, and IRS rear ends) to split busses without too much hassle, 'though it's not a simple bolt-in. Indian Automotive, for example, do this sort of work.
