browser freezes when certain posts r selected

sometimes i click on a certain post and my browser will just freeze up, all i can do is cntrl alt dlt and close it down. i am using netscape.
when i reset it will do it again and again when i click on the same link, other posts will open fine. funnnily enough its usually a post i have written. could they be linked in some way?
does anyone else have this problem or is it just my pc/browser/me?
also, when ur in lets say general chat, is there an easy way like with the old forum to jump to tech advice without having to go back to the main menu?
thanks, otherwise i love the new forum.:thumb

What version of NS are you using?

XMB expects a fairly modern browser and thus has a lot of modern JavaScript. For security reasons alone, you should be using NS 6.0 or later (preferably Netscape 7.0) or Mozilla 1.1 or later. Both of these should work just fine.

I use IE 6.0 SP1, and have never had the browser lock up whilst using this site (or any other site, for that matter).
