Thanks Joel,

But mine has new timing belt covers as well as it was a fresh engine rebuild !!!

Doesn't the engine block number mean anything ???????

I NEED the engine year so I can purchase a FULL WIRING HARNESS and CPU !!!

Is it something to do with the shape of the engine wiring harness plugs ???

Why do alot of people have the conversion but no one knows where a cross reference chart is between engine serial number to manufacture year ???

HELP ME IM GOING CRAZY.....

Thankyou all James-

the timing belt covers get munched in front enders so theyre often not original,

just trying to think were else ive seen mine dated
i know my throttle body has the date stamp on the top somewhere

think its somewhere near the TPS
little circle with the year in the center and months around the outside

from memory its the 89-94 engines that have the 3 grey main connector plugs between 2 & 4 injectors and crank/cam/knock sensors bolted to the bellhousing like mine
