westi i will start putting the beam in now i have the wheels so i can work out the heights,and jason the engines not in as i almost had to take a second mortgage on the house to pay for the front wheels but i'll get there

the above pics are of the beginning of the lower bar work now i have the front wheels and can work out the height to fit the front beam in the car, the other pic is of the front beam clamps that peter page and i made over the weekend, even though we arent quite finished all 4 of them yet, thanks for the help pete.

finally after many hours, peter and i have got the front beam in the right spot with hours of measuring and checking to make sure. Today we will get those bottom bars welded in place so we can start making the top bars.

no, front brakes are coming, they will be fitted to the back of the front wheels but thats not happening for a while till i get all the bar work in place and welded, well after todays efforts we managed to get the lower bar work tacked into position so i guess you could say the car has a front on it again.
