windscreen seal with chrome strip
Does anyone know of where you can buy a windscreen seal with the chrome beading around it, the same as back and side window seals? Or has anyone got a
good second hand one which they could sell me. Mine is pretty much deteriated and falling apart and leaking alot of water.
thanks

Recently bought one from Wolfsburg Automotive in Vic. Rubber quality seems OK, the fit is not bad. I also noticed ISP West had them back in stock the
other day.
Fitting that chrome trim and keeping it in place whilst you fit the windscreen is a bastard of a job - my missus claims it is the last time she'll
ever help me put a window in a type 3!
Good luck!

The chrome (aluminium) strip goes in ok if you take care and use a spray soap such as Nifty to lubricate the rubber. Front screen can be put in by
yourself with relative ease but better with someone to help.
