[FS - VIC] 1968 Meyers Manx Dune Buggy (update with pics) SOLD SOLD
Hey Guys,
A chick at work wants to get rid of their Manx. Its not mine, just popping up for them. In Melbourne.
1968 Meyers Manx Dune Buggy
Genuine RHD Aussie build with Manx fibreglass body, certified & signed by Bruce Meyers personally.
Vinyl roof and side doors, which attach via a yachting channel & press studs.
Body has some fibreglass crazing, comes with a spare bonnet panel, optional side pods pending final price.
Short wheel base, 1835CC engine, twin carburettors, performance cams & exhaust.
All terrain shocks & springs, nolathane engine mounts, braided fuel lines and a few little “goodies” here & there.
Weight of the machine is just over 500kg, so the power to weight ratio is exceptional.
4 speed manual.
Custom built stainless steel & nickel hardened roll cage, front & rear bumpers.
Steel sunraysia mag wheels, tyres with plenty of tread.
Owned for 8 years. RWC and street registered in Victoria Australia.
Reluctant sale due to purchase of Fiat Spider – running out of garage space!
Advertised price: $14,990.00
Would be happy to assist with organising freight at this end.
