House available on Sunny Coast.
Just thought I'd post this up and see if it helps anyone out.
I'm out of the country for another 3 months and have just had my tenants move out of my property in Bli Bli on the Sunny Coast in Queensland.
The house is now empty (unfurnished) and available for the next 3 months until I arrive back at the end of November.
It's a high set 2 bedroom house with off street parking and large garden.
Rather than holiday letting I would prefer to rent to someone for several months so would suit someone with work in the area.
The option to stay on as a house mate after I return would also be feasible- but it will become a hot spot of VW activity on my return. You have been
warned!
