Converting a 72 Beetle

Hi I've owned two beetles and a Kharman Ghia and am now looking at buying a beetle prob a 72 or thereabouts and converting it. Can anyone recommend someone to do this in Sydney?

Can anyone also recommend mechanic on the North Shore of Sydney?

This is the style which I would like to do (attach pic). Thanks Louise
