Just had a look at this van this evening.
It is pretty clean, currently in a stripped out state (i.e. no interior or glass) but has all parts except for seats.
It is a fair buy for what he is asking. It is just a bit more work than I wanted at the moment (too fussy and stupid I am)
Kim is a cool guy. Give him a call if this is what you want.
