WTB Original MK1 Golf 1976-78 (Thread Edited)

After more then 2 years my Beetle project is nearing its end, so now im on the look out for a new project to work on.

Im looking for:

MK1 Golf 1976 to 1978: 2 or 4 door in fairly good condition. Id prefer something original as possible.

Im thinking Granny spec stylez.

Hi,
not sure what state you're in, but there's a '79 MK1 diesel for sale in SA - details here: http://www.vwwatercooled.org.au/newforum/upload/showthread.php?t=34224
I think there's other MK1s for sale over at the VWW site too, including a granny car or two. Been a couple on ebay recently too.

Cheers.

EDIT: I see you're already a member there so probably know about the ones for sale there.

May consider parting with my '77 Mk1 if the price is right. Its in Adelaide and is all original except for the paint. Using it as a daily driver at the moment but want some extra funds to finish my squareback.
