[FS - NSW] 1974 Beetle Aftermarket Convertible

I've given up on being able to afford to fix this Beetle, I've owned it for about 8 years now, but the Global Financial Crisis has wiped me out.
Need to move it on before it deteriorates any more.
Car is not registered, will not pass a Blue Slip in its current state.
Problems are as follows, rust underneath front of car, rust around where roof has been removed. Front end needs a lot of work. Roof is completely
stuffed. Window winders are stuffed, one door has had a dual lifter installed, other dual lifter got lost in a house move before being installed.
Interior needs a good clean. Wiring needs some attention.
Handbrake cables snapped. Heater cables doing something weird.
The car was running when taken off the road. Hasn't been started for about a year. Currently has a twinport 1500 engine in it, I still have the
original 1600 dual oil thingy cases which will be included.
Included are some new tie rod ends and handbrake cables.
Would be good for someone who can weld and has a garage, I can't and don't. Either that or for parts.
