[FS - QLD] 1965 Baja Bug
Hi All,
Up for sale is my 1965 Baja Bug. A new 1600cc engine (reconditioned) was installed in January 2008, and shows 8900 kilometers since the
installation.
The baja is currently registered until April 2010, and I have a current RWC for it.
The baja comes with a spare set of window glass and 2 rear sand tyre rims (16 x 9 inch).
I have all the paperwork pertaining to the approval by Queensland Transport of the baja conversion and the new engine installation.
I am currently looking to sell it for $4500 ono.
I am happy to provide more details or photographs upon request.
Cheers,
John

I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to where I should look at posting an ad for my baja (apart from here)?
I have put it up on Gumtree (Brisbane) and Car Sales; is there anywhere else that is a viable option?

very nice indeed , question, i believed that bug eyes couldn't be rego'd because the head lights must be 600mm or wider apart or is that just NSW?
besides that it is a very clean straight looking un spoilt baja good luck with the sale.

Thats why people fit head light spot lights on the bull bar to make it the legal distance.
Just like how the volks rods use after market spot lights as head lights.

Hi Arpspasm, the pan is in excellent condition and the heater channels are fine. There are no other cancer issues, but there are a couple of spots
where the paint is a little worn.
