C B Winter tread tyres


I am new to this site I have just dicided to start my restoration job one of my C B's no370 I have had since new with mostly all good original bits except I only have one good original good Dunlop winter tread tyre 590-15 which I think from memory was what most of them came with when new I guess its a long shot but does anyone know if there is anything like them around For anyone interested I also have KO 401 which I have had since the 70's

Also, please try to send Graham some pics of your two CBs.
He has done a fantastic job of collating a pictorial collection of known CBs. It really is a labor of love for CBs.
All of us love to see pics of CBs. We all jump up and down for joy whenever a new CB is found and pics of them are revealed.

The Dunlop Winter Tread Tyres havent been made for years and i have been looking for something equivalent but to no sucess.

Thanks for the replies to my question re winter tread tyres I was hoping to make my buggy original so unless I can work how to get my one original one to breed I will have to go to plan B whatever that is I will foward on some pics for the gallery in a few days but in the meantime I will send in a couple of the Buggy which ignited my entusium to get off my backside a few weeks ago out near Coonabaraban NSW Its just used by a farmer and his kids the KO no is 375 it is in very good cond 1600 motor lousey looking exhaust system seats not original but all else V good Regards Art
