type 3 bearing/drive flange setup

Hi,

I'm just putting my buggy back together... it runs type 3 drive flanges on the rear...now, my question is about the bearing/flange setup. Working from the inside out on the splined "drive shaft" (which the drive flange slides onto), there is a small sleeve, which runs inside the seal, then a bearing (ball), then another tube spacer, then the outer bearing (roller), then enother sleeve (which runs inside the outer seal).... this sleeve has a chamfer on the inner surface on one side (and none on the other). Does anyone know if the chamfer faces inwards (to the roller bearing), or outwards (to the drive flange)?

thanks,

Chris

I had this issue myself just a few months ago.
Definitely as John said.
