If you want to get loads of looks and attention, then this will do it more than anything else out there. You see it all over the internet and now it can be yours. This thing is ready to roll. I have been driving the hell out of it for the last few months and it runs and drives great. It has an fresh 1835cc hydraulic lifter motor that easily pushes the bus down the freeway at 70mph with partial throttle. I absolutely hate to let this thing go, but the Bonneville Bus needs to get finished and I need cash. Description as follows.
67 13 window with 6 inch chop.
Engine:
69mm DPR counterweighted 69mm crank
lightened flywheel
rebuilt DPR stock rods
Hydraulic cam and lifters (not sure of specs)
AS41 dual relief case, cut for Oring seal, full flow, tapped plugs, 30mm oil pump, stock rebuilt heads by Baker Heads
Single 44 Weber set up
009 distributor with blue coil
Buggy exhaust
Alternator
Rear end:
5 inch raised tranny
Straight axle setup
type 3 drum brakes
205/70/15 mounted on custom wide smoothies with MOON disks
E-brake functional
KYB shocks
Front end:
Stock width beam
3 1/2 inch Wolfgang spindles
frame has been cut and suspension moved up 2 1/2 inches
rack and pinion mounted to beam
stock drum brakes
stock 15inch smoothies with new 165/45/15 Federals with MOON disks
Steering:
17 inch Limeworks steering wheel
Limeworks polished stainless steering column
Vanagon transfer box connecting the column to the rack. Very clean, very simple, no slop.
Body:
6 inch chop
80 inch rag top from Street Beat
shaved door handles
shaved gas door
shaved body seams
shaved signals
shaved taillights with '50 Pontiac lights installed
custom dash with center mounted tach and aluminum spears
Huge wheel tubs, cut into the door jambs, allows bus to lay frame if it was on bags
custom rear floor for clearance of raised engine/tranny and big tires if you want to lay frame.
Misc:
primitive wiring harness to work the engine and the lights. Hot rod style fuse panel to allow for numerous additional circuits
shifter moved back and lenghtened to almost touch the roof.
Bass Pro Shops front seats.
spun aluminum 10 gallon gas tank.
Airbag mounts installed on the rear end. No bags or parts for the air system

No glass. I never wanted any. Very easy for any glass shop to cut straight glass.
No shocks mounted on the front yet
Drives great and rides very smooth, needs shocks to dampen the front suspenion.
This is not a family vehicle, this is a bad ass cruiser and "show" vehicle.
There is alot of work to still do, but there a alot more that is already done.
If you want to guarantee a spot in the magazines, this will get you there.
If you have a business and want to grab attention, this is a great marketing tool.
This is you chance to own a world famous hackjob for peanuts.
This will boost your self esteem because so many people will be staring at you.
Chicks will think you are cool and want to ride with you, but it's too low, so they can't

Looking for $6800 or trade for single cab late model truck plus cash
