????? ROADSTER KIT ???????
G'DAY ALL just wondering dose any body know if you can still buy the roadster kit for beatles seen one in 84 (yeh i know when! )any how if you dont
know what i mean here's a rough idear you grab a beatle remove the roof give it a rag top like an early ford roadster kit had a fiberglass cover
for over the area where the rear seats are and a ford bonnet end result when done properly looks excellent . the one i saw back in 84 sold for
thirteen grand back then .looked a million dollars . and bugger me the other day a beatle drove past with the ford bonnet on but nothing else .so ive
been trying to find some info on the net and having no luck .so can any one help .thanks guys

hi my 73 bug has a roadster kit fitted but with normal vw bonnet.i still have a back seat.the kit starts behind it.i was told when i bought it 4
months ago that the kits were made in melbourne.if i can work out how to put a picture on here i will.i still think it looks pretty good cheers

thanks tiddles . photo bucket is prettry easy to use with a little (wonder what will happen if i push this button ) you get the hang of it .
