in Most places.....
very difficult to do on a beetle...
but type 2 and Karmann ghia owners....

you can run the air con excess water into the radiator resiviour so it never overheats....

Air Con made Easy ---
Well,
You can tell by the photo that He has sideswiped something
and taken His tail lamp out...
He'll have to be More careful otherwise He'll take the air con Out
and that will cause a lot more damage....
I would also presume that He's not going to sell the car soon
and he's not worried about bolt holes in the boot lid...
