DISTRIBUTOR
looking for a new distrubutor for my '73 EFI fastback (1600 TLE) would love to pointless but will take wat i can if any one can point me in the right place thank you in advance.

any vw parts supplier can get you a 009 or svda with electronic ignition (no points!)....

If you are still using efi you will need the original efi distributor with the extra points to fire the injectors.

yeah mate still using EFI on mine looking for a new distributor with the extra points but looking at mine it seem the male plug socket is attached on
a seprate bracket on to the distributor and see 009 distributors have a or wat looks like a removable (maybe) section on it Quess my Q is can i bolt
a new 009 distributor on there or do i need a specfic type

009 is no goood for efi as far as i know.
