performance engines
hi guys i have recently bought a eureka which is an old kit car from around the 70's based around the early beetles. it has maybe a 1300 or 1500 in
it buck im looking and putting in a much more powerful engine, i was considering putting in a stroked 2lt kombi motor but im not sure if there are
better motors out there that you can do more with... as its a project and not a daily driver will be more of a weekender im not fussed about $$$ but i
want it to be reliable and it MUST be aircooled... if anyone could tell me a guide as to price it would be good. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. thanks in advance

Hey Trev. Welcome to the forum.
With your kit car being so light you could happily pick up the front wheels with a good 1916cc engine, twin carbs, good heads, merged exhaust etc.
Give Matt Berry a call on 0408 704662. Matt is an enthusiast and can point you in the right direction and builds a good engine.
