fitting chromestrip into window rubbers


Does any body know how to fit the chrome strip into the window rubber. I have been trying for a acouple of hours and still cant get it started,

rubber onto window........then strip into rubber.....then window with rubber and strip attached into car....

two thumbs, a bit of technique and some patience
