WTD- Beetle Wide 5 Rear Drums

Hiya,

Anyone got a pair of Wide 5 Rear Beetle Drums I can buy. In good useable condition please.

I'm in Brissy but don't mind paying eastern Australia interstate shipping. WA would depend on cost.

Cheers,
Mike

There are a few different types of wide five drums.
Can you measure your old ones?

Hiya Dave,

Fraid I don't have the originals. My bug came without gearbox or rear suspension.
I don't think I need the back plate to go with the drums. If I need the backplates too then so be it but so long as the drums slide onto the IRS drive splines. If I can retro fit early brake cylinders to the later back plates and then pop the shoes and drums on that'd be good or I can space the wide 5 drum out from the bearing and use std later 40mm shoes.

Your thoughts please.

Cheers,
Mike
