I want these.. what do I need to do :D

Hey guys, found these rims on a website and would love these (or similar) on my Bug.

Centerline - Rev 15" X 6" Wheel

However I don't know the first thing about wheel set up or suspension. I have a 1970's bug with standard 4 lug pattern and Type Three Front Disc Brakes.
If I were to change the entire set up to 5 lug pattern, how much (roughly) does it cost to do? Surely someone on here has done it - any stories?
If not I was hoping i would be able to get them made up with the 4 lug pattern.

Cheers and beers,
Ollie

change stud pattern on your standard discs to 5x120(commodore,bmw) or 5x114.3(ford, & jap stuff) -cant remember old holden pattern off hand but thats also an option you may wish to consider but would be limiting if you changed your mind- they should be available in either, you want an offset(et) around +40ish i believe, works out to be a backspacing of about 5inches, give vintage or volksconversions or whatever a call depending who is more convenient to you, work on the theory that its going to cost you a pair of discs for the front & some drums on the back, should be off the shelf items at the shops mentioned & alot of others, costs about the same as a standard part as far as i know, however, IF your wanting more power in the near future, look into discs all round etc etc, theres plenty of info on here about those though :)

http://www.autolounge.net/calculators/tirespacing.html  use that to convert spacings & offsets, it helps alot because different people use different measures
