hard to steer 59 bug
Just had new king pins , tie rods , steering box ,dapener installed very hard to steer took tire rods of lifted car still hard as (turned wheels by
hand).Seems to me king pins too tight.would this get better as time goes by or when kp installed should they have been machined to match internal and
external dia . Has anyone else had similar probs , and ps Merry christmass

not sure how you have gone about it, but yes the new bushs in the stub/pin carrier need to be reemed to the size of the new king pins.............they
are not a simple buy and install item

As above and also the end thrust gets set on assembly. Could be either. It won't get any better...well...maybe in a few dozen years.
