Type 3 Parts for Sale inc Engine
Hi All,
A collection of Type 3 parts for sale. Everything has gotta go as I am moving soon and won't be taking these items (especially the panels) with me.
As well as the items below I have boxes of lights, dials, ducting etc. stripped from a 1972 Type 3 Wagon. Please let me know if you are looking for
something in particular. All items below are for pickup. Other smaller items may be posted.

Locale: Horsham, Victoria, 3400.
1600 Engine: Apparently it has a knock in one cylinder. Otherwise complete and I have all the ducting. The exhaust is buggered. $500 or make me an
offer.
Type 3 Front End: This is actually two front ends. One later disc version has been completely dismantled, sand blasted and painted with etch primer.
The only thing missing is the discs. The second is an earlier drum brake version with the steering arms and is as removed from the floorpan. I figure
this is enough to get one really good front end. $400 or make me an offer.
Later Type 3 Floorpan: This is in fair condition. There are some small rust holes to be repaired but is reasonably sound. $200 or make me an offer.
Later Type 3 Panels: Doors $50 pr, Tailgate $50, Bonnet $30.
Panels are in good condition although the bonnet paint is cracked. Normal surface rust on door bases but not too bad. Drivers side door winding
mechanism needs work as the glass is stuck down in the door. Make me an offer.
Seats Vinyl/velour?: A good pair of seats. The driver side seat has a wind up head rest. They are set up Euro style for left hand drive but the seat
backs should be swapable so the levers are on the correct side. The seats do flip fully forward for rear seat access. $150 or make me an offer.
Jelly Bean Mags: In fair condition, two are 14x7 and 2 are 14x8 and could use polishing. The tyres are buggered and I would remove them before pickup.
The wheels are holden pattern and I will include a set of wide-5 to holden adaptors. $150 or make me an offer.

hi, I'll take 1st dibs on the seats if you can confirm what runners/hardware you have (need to check they are the right model if actual type 3
seats?) Thanks

hi vince4avd, the runners with the seats are pretty ordinary. I wasn't going to include them but I can. These seats were mounted flush on the floor
of a type three chassis and not sitting up above the floor like a normal type 3 seat. The seats actually came with my Condor, so a much lower sitting
position. I will post a picture of the base and runners over the weekend so you can make a decision.

Greg, here are some photo's of the visor and front indicators. Visors has a couple of dents but no tears / breaks. Indicators, I have two sets of
them but only one pair of lens' and for the same side. The actually back bits are unbroken and in fair condition. They could use a clean and I can
give you the contact details of someone who might be able to vacuum-chrome them so they look perfect. It has a special name. Anyway, let me know what
you think and I will be in touch before I come to Melbourne.
