The famous Powertune 2200 Stage 5 motor, designed by Adrian Corvisy back in the '70s, used to use these. Give him a call at Powertune at Gladesville (Sydney) on 9816 5938, or 0427 112750.

An alternative is the mod sometimes used on Type 4 motors, which is to mill a 2mm deep V-shaped groove in the side of each connecting rod, at 12 o'clock on the side of the big-end. This has the effect of flinging more oil at the underside of the piston.
