billet dissy clamp

Hi Guys

Anyone ever used one of those billet dissy clamps, I just purchased one and went to install it, the dissy had three raised lips on the body which wouldn't allow the clamp to slide on, ground them down so that's ok. But the points and condenser wires come into the dissy from underneath and when the clamp is installed there is no room to put the wires back. What have you guys done.
