I am replacing my twenty year worn out ones (how do springs wear out by the way) with nice new ones. You are welcome to have the old springs. no charge.

beerboy, how would you feel after 20 years if you were carrying a couple of ton, all day everyday, up hill and down dale. over lumps bumps and sleeping policemen (speed bumps)
springs go soft, and "sag", the metal fatigues and sometimes cracks (i've got some broken springs if you want to see them!) so changing them is a good thing even if you think there are doing no more work than your drivers door.
