SOLD SOLD SOLD [FS - NSW]***STRIPPING WHOLE CAR*** 58 Beetle w/WRX STI Subaru Conversion
Well, unfortunately the time has come, way too early really! I've been pondering over this the last few months as some of you know and circumstances
means that at this time i need to sell the bug.
My wife and i bought a house in August last year and 'other' things are on the cards. I really really want to keep it, but its just not practical
and its too much money sitting there not doing anything. I've also started a small side business which has consumed any time that i did have to work
and play with the bug.
I think the build thread ( http://aussieveedubbers.com/viewtopic.php?tid=67295 ) speaks for itself -
Alright, my mind is made up. Making my decision in light of 'the greater good'. Too much money sitting in the garage which could be used
very wisely elsewhere. At this stage im stripping the whole car and will be keeping the shell and pan only for a rainy day. Its too good to sell for
nothing. Unless someone offers me a good price for pan and shell, ill be keeping it. EVERYTHING ELSE IS NOW FOR SALE - EVERY PART. Let me know what
you want and make some offers. First in best dressed. Pricing will be less than what i paid, but not for nothing. Please have patience in replies to
pm's, as i assume there will be a few... Off ya go! My loss, your gain.

Great looking car Mick, cant work out why I have not seen this around. Asking big $$ but I do know that the money has been spent as well to get it to
what it is now and from my perspective, I hate your guts cause you have put in the time and effort into many areas I wanted and should have done on
mine.......................jealousy is a curse. In all honesty hope someone loves it and has the $$ to spend.
Did you get any readings on intake temps and just how effective the Plazaman stuff is?
Good luck.

How many sets of lights does it take a $229k Carrera S to learn?
UPDATE: Cayman S, M3, B4 now added to the list.

ahh keep the vw and just rent your empty rooms out to Japanese uni students
They pay good money, as rooms are hard to get.
AND on weekends take em on tours of OZ in your vw for a small fee.
Like they do with those oz trikes joy rides at the Blue Mountains.

Sad to see it go in peices.
What computer is it running?
Axles and CV's?
Interested.

It's a real shame that you are parting this out.
However, there are some parts I am interested in. Will PM a starting list.
