Can someone tell me the name of this tool

I'm after the name of this tool. Also if anyone has one in the Liverpool (Sydney) area that would loan it out for an hour or so, it would be appreciated. Just need to cut out around a ragtop roof section.

Thanks, Kevin

P.S. I gather its not just called a nibbler as they are different to look at to this !!

Most metal roofers or plumbers that do some metal roofing would have some - they may be electric or cordless though - but this would widen you number of people you may know that you could borrow them from.
