Supercharger size


I am looking at a supercharger for my buggy
Would be awesome to get a DLI setup but as yet havent found on for sale
looking for opinions on which one of these two
Toyota SC12 or SC14
or does anyone have any other ideas
Engine size is 1641

DLI stopped ages ago

12 will work well, but so will a 14 if u have the room to install it

Yes I know

Have been looking on Samba and US ebay to see if a secondhand one comes up

Not real hopefuil though

My thoughts on the SC14 are
Change the drive from the bearing end to the gear end, like the rootes blower setup thus putting the outlet closer to the dogbox, not sure on length of the SC14 so will have to do some measuring

ive got some comparison pics between the 12 and 14 i had in my thread

the 14 was just too long to fit in a bug
in a buggy though you dont have bodywork limitations
getting the drivebelt to line up with a 14 is the biggest prob

Im looking to install mine horizontal not vertical more like the DLI setup, prob the sc12 is the way to go looking at the sizes
