temp gauge goes to max??
What would suddenly cause my head temp gauge to go to maximum as soon as the ignition is turned on?
Was working fine but suddenly started doing this.
Is something earthing somewhere, or something else likely?

Most likely a cable has rubbed through and going to earth.
