What Do I have today ?
Well I'm glad you asked !

This is a vw oil cooler pressure tester to check for leaks and faulty oil coolers. It fits both types of oil cooler on dak dak donks. The dog house type on the 1600cc engines and the older internal cooler found on 1100cc 1200cc engines.
You simply bolt this handy item up to your oil cooler and add up to a max of 35 psi air pressure from your air supply and spray with soapy water or place in a bucket of water to check for leaks
This tool can also been used for flushing and then reverse flushing out the oil cooler, you just remove both the air valves and flush with a solvent like kero. What I do was to make up a pressure pot that holds few liters of kero. connect up a hose from the bottom of the pressure pot to one side of this tool mounted on the oil cooler and then pressurize the kero pot to 30psi... you do this one way and then back the other way several times ......you will be amazed all the crud that comes out !

You could even bolt this handy item to the engine case and flush it out also; you just bolt it to the case where the oil cooler goes and flush away!

VW oil coolers not included!
For display only

Will come in a tough postal bag
