WTB Qld T25 or T3 Floor hand brake assembly

Hi all ,
As part of our Baja Bus remake i require a t25/ t3 type floor mounted handbrake as the old dash unit fowls with the ac unit

Wanted : Complete T25/T3 handbrake including floor cut if possible

Notes : willing to come and remove myself if required and have all tools
