Had the wheels and tyres fitted today they look awesome. I am glad with the tyre selection and sizes, the only issue I have is the rear right suspension has sagged and is only just clear of the tyre. Rosie will be going to RAW this week for the drop spindles and have the rear suspension adjusted.

Lowering the front by 2 inches and slightly lifting the right drivers side which has sagged

Here is Rosie with her new stance. i'm so pleased with how she looks thanks to Adam and Mick from RAW they did a first class job with her.

While Adam had the front end apart he found some issues with the fron ball joints and rear shocks, so Adam called em and we decided to renew those as well while the front was stripped for the drop spindles. Taking her back next week for some front shocks as they are also leaking.

All in all the guys worked on her all day and she is looking so much cooler, here are a couple of photos.

Next big job is a new interior, she will be going to Rod Penrose in a few months time

Has 3 adults and two kids in rosie today and she scrubbed out pretty bad, she does need new front shocks which i am getting gas shocks installed this week but I have a feeling that when I had the wheel alignment done last week they adjusted the camber the wrong way.

When she goes to RAW this week I'll get Adam to take a look otherwise I guess its a narrowed beam I need.

Looking really great now - especially with those rims, nice choice. Rosie is really coming along :tu:

My 1971 1300 is heading to the guys at RAW next weekend (providing necessary parts have arrived) for an adjustable slightly narrowed front beam, dropped spindles and of course some necessary adjustment to the rear too. I can't wait!!

Sourced a spare set of 4 bolt steel rims (don't want to molest the originals in case I want to swap everything back at a later stage) which are will go in for powdercoating before being fitted with new (narrower) rubber and some other bits and pieces.

Glad you put me onto RAW (thanks) - spoke with Adam on the phone and he could not have been more helpful. :tu:

Now, if only next weekend would come already

I cant speak high enough for both Adam and Mick they treat the cars like there own and are really reasonable in their charges.

Rosie will be going back for some rear bushes in the near future.

Had a great weekend cruisin with rosie, was such fantastic weather to wind down the windows and drive around the place. I think this is what it is all about, enjoying driving and seeing how people react to seeing her.

I dont usually like the fully polished/chromed 8 spokes but with the white paint it looks really good!
What size tyres did you settle on?
