Suggested Jetting for Kads
Hi All
Quick question.....What's the jetting for a 1600dp without any other mods except hi flow exhaust and 009.
Also my other motor 1776,with close to standard dp heads, 100 cam,009 and hi flow exhaust.....
Any suggestions?

Baja_01 , I have done extensive testing with the kadrons and have found that a stock 1600cc engine , with a 009 dizzy and a set of extractors , will
require a 122.5 main jet . I would normally run a 125 main as the dyno tends not to add the related air pressure or wind resistance . I fine that if
you run a 122.5 main it will tend to run a little hotter in the combustion chamber . If you have a 1776cc deal I would run the std 130 main and the 55
idle jets . You will also need to check your fuel pressure as the Kadrons will run best at 1 - 1.5 psi of pressure . They will still run with a higher
pressure , but you will find that you will have a flat spot in the transition from idle to acceleration . The best thing to do is check your pressure
with an in-line guage and if it needs one , put a pressure regulator in the fuel line from the pump to the T piece . If you need and jets I have some

More boost + More fuel = More power
