I purchased a 1957 beetle to restore 6 weeks ago, and recently purchased a later model pan. I do not have the need for the 1957 pan anymore. When I
purchased the car the motor was wired up and running.

What is the story with the front end? Its got the location tabs for the steering box on the left hand side and nothing on the right. This is exactly
the same as the front end I have. Did they not make RHD front ends in this era?
