THAT IS SOOOOOO COOL!!! it would be hell on the roof of the ol beetle though... i know they are strong, but after prolonged use its got to have some effect on it

Most likely much stronger than a standard tow bar which is taking all the tow ball weight on 4 off M8 bolts onto the two rear quarters!
