WTB: L bug steering column shaft
I am after an L bug steering column shaft - from the upper universal joint to the steering wheel. I need the one with the smaller splines on the top
for the wheel (about 17mm - not the 21mm one).
Buyer: Jeff Walsh

Postcode 2444 - Port Macquarie (but I am working in Newcastle at the moment, if that is any help).

Jeff
What exactly are you after
I have a shaft - but not all the bearing and stuff that is at the top
May even have a new universal as well

Barry,
I only need the shaft itself. Everything else is OK except the universal, but I have one of those - the splines between the shaft and the universal
are worn - the clamp has come loose at some stage and allowed it to wear. I have tightened it a few times, but it still has movement, and is getting
worse.
How much do you want for it? I am very interested.

Jeff , Im thinking of splitting the money with a few people to bring back a 75 superbug with full rack and pinion an all the late super stuff. It's
$250 so the more people that put in the more likely we get the stuf we want real cheap.

I am hoping to, but I will have to see what happens with work. I am working in Newcastle now, but still trying to finish jobs in Port Macquarie. I
hope to know more after the weekend before the Nats.

| Dylan, I am looking for the ignition lock on this bug - it houses the ignition switch. The part number is 113905851A.
