Will this be safe to use on stainless steel?

My wheels have stainless steel dish on them and this wheel cleaner says this:

It is perfectly safe on all wheel types with the exception of high polished aluminum. Its unique formula is PH neutral, and also environmentally friendly, making it safe for your wild beasts.

Safe to use on stainless steel?
