If you find a supplier feel free to put up here, i'm keen on complete wiring hardness for the 69' bug and can only find US suppliers thus far.

Hi
If Vintage Vee Dub in Sydney don't have one...

it means there won't be any in Australia...
only a few Karmann Ghias were sold in Australia in 1959 1960
so, You would be lucky to get a tail lamp lens in Australia

The USA ones are wired differently to the European type We had... even in beetles...
and the steering wheel fuse box etc all in the wrong places..

They are also Very expensive..

If You can get it done Yourself...
simplest way is to run a 5 and a 7 trailer cable from the front to the rear... plus a couple of 30 amp wires from the battery to the dash....

cheers

LEE

Hmm, thanks Lee, although it wasn't directly for me and not my thread lol, that does help me too.

I still have the original harness, will just make one. I'm doing it now for the celica as we speak (another story). i will bite the bullet and do it.

I spose if i was to make one, while i'm doing it, i could make a couple at the same time, seeing if i even sell them for 2/3'rds the average market price, i still get a few biccies out of it. :tu:

wiring seems to be my forte...
