WANTED:Bonnet chrome molding clip.
Hey Guys.
I am missing one clip from the bonnet molding on my beetle. It has been like that ever since i bought it and now that it is running sweet and alot more
often im worried that the molding might pop off completely with the wind.I was wondering if anyone had any of these clips lying around and could spare
one.Im prepared to pay postage, but its small enough just to put in an envelope.Any help, would be greatly appreciated.
(its 1970 beetle, not sure if that helps)
Thanks in Advance.
~Jas~

Often wondered what the two bits of white tape on the bonnet were for - they're to stop the wind blowing the mould off!
Cheers, Greg

Just me pretending to be funny. Take a clip from the centre of the mould, and fit it at the handle end - the end clips are more important. That will
hold the mould on firmly until you find a clip, and you will find one one day!
Cheers, Greg

That's OK, I don't have a clue what I'm talking about, most of the time, either! Happy clip-hunting, Greg
