A rush job on the cheap.
After having WPVW build and install a TypeIV engine in my Square the gearbox started complaining about the extra go.
Eventually fouth quit, so I replaced 4th and the beyond worn bits.
Until I can afford something stronger.
The body is starting show some r**t and unfinished repair work, but time and money are in the negative so I'm using $80 worth of pressure packs to
repaint it bright green.
Because I don't have a place of my own ATM this is on my mums driveway^
Australia Day 2010
The new engine is very noisy. I had my thick foam mattress in the back and it helped but now I'm replacing that with $250 of soundproofing from clark
rubber, lining the engine bay and dampening the panels.
I'm in a rush because this is my daily driver and I need it to travel back and forth from Thredbo-Wollongong regularly over winter.
I have no money because at Easter my ex and I separated.
The engine is running so well, I've done several thousand km since September including a Sydney-Melbourne-Albury-Thredbo-Sydney drive in 40hrs.
Tuned Type IV power - shaking out the rust.
Bizarre
