Hi from Warrnambool
Hi, just thought I would join this site as I have just made a new addition to the family in the shape of a 62 beetle named Marvin! Needs a full
restoration and thought this would be a great place to start for advice.
Marvin is not so much a new addition to the family as a reaquisition, as he was actually my very first car!! I always regretted selling him 6 years
ago when we moved to WA, but since we moved back I have always looked out for him, hoping to find him again, anyway, after two years I just happened
to stumble upon him in a paddock about 100kms from home
Anyway, he is looking very worse for wear, needing an awful lot of work to be driveable again, but we are really looking forward to the challenge.
Hope to get lots of advice and inspiration from here,

69' baja: kombi box, thing spindles, irs, disc front, type 3 rear drums, 2 inch lift kit, 31x10 rears.
New engine in process: 94mm p&bs, 74mm C/w chomol Crank, 35.5x39 SP heads, turbo. Wierd combo, hopeful torque monsta!

I have a mad veedubber mate that goes down to Warrnambool regularly to visit family. He's a crazy x copper that drives a hotted up orange beetle,
when he's in town.
