Getting a 56 oval, Cant wait!
hey guys, ive been working my butt of for the last six or so months with my first job to save up for an oval, i tracked one down after remembering
seeing it in a garage some 5 or so years ago, i rang the guy a few days ago to see if he wanted to sell it, he said he was contemplating about it. few
days later he gave us a ring and said its for sale. We are the only people who know about it so i dont have to stress. anyway long story short ive got
enough money to get it and apperently its got only one tiny bit of rust and its pretty much ready for painting  kickass
Watch out for some build threads

I have a 56 Oval as well been a few years since ive driven it
Fill out your location as you may find people on here willing to help u out with things
so have u worked out if your restoring or modifing the vehicle

hi VW54, its going to be a retro resto the plan is:
leave as much things possible stock exept the drive train. im planning to put a type 4 in it with a dtm shroud and some empi hpmx's the gearbox will
be a new rancho replacement and im thinking of maybe 17 inch brm's to be a bit different, but well thats all money i dont have so for now im going to
get it licensed
as for pictures i dont have any yet, in fact i havnt even seen the car for 5 years! im going on the guys and my dads word that it is practically solid |
